New Organic Teas including a Pregnancy Tea

I love herbal teas for their subtle ability to improve our health and well being while tasting great at the same time. The simple act of sitting down and enjoying a cup of tea forces us to put our phones down, slow down and enjoy the moment.

There are some naturopaths who have made blending herbal teas an art form and these are the teas I enjoy  most. I’m introducing a new range of Organic Teas to the clinic which have been lovingly blended by Naturopath Emma Watson. Early Morning Exercise in Nana Glen

I’m now happy that I dragged myself out of bed before the kids woke up this morning to attend my first Pilates core & stretching class with Orara Valley Fitness. Exercising in the fresh air, watching the light grow, listening to birds and gentle rain drops on the roof above us beats a gym any day for me.

Early morning exercise is one of the best ways to fit exercise into your day. It’s over and done with and the rest of the day is yours.

Natural Mineral Makeup

During my Naturopathic consultations I’m often asked by my clients which cosmetics and products I recommend. In response I’m going to start sharing all the products I love on my new blog. I have tried so many different “natural products” and have decided to just disclose my absolute favourites.

To start off I’m going to share a mineral makeup that is 100% natural and is made relatively locally, in Byron Bay.

To be completely honest with you I don’t wear very much makeup and I hate the feeling of wearing traditional makeup. I’m loving the Eco Minerals Flawless Foundation and Bronzer.  I recieved the Bronzer as a free gift when purchasing the Flawless Foundation which was an added bonus. The foundation doesn’t feel like a suffocating mask, lasts all day and has left my skin looking clearer. They have a range of products I’m keen to try, especially their mascara, I will keep you posted.
