Is pregnancy massage safe?

Massage is beneficial during pregnancy for most expectant mothers when provided by an experienced pregnancy massage therapist. There are circumstances when massage may not be right for you. Aaryan undertakes a comprehensive initial pregnancy case history prior to your initial treatment and for all follow up appointments she reviews the progression of your pregnancy before each treatment. If you are at all concerned you should always chat to your midwife, obstetrician and or contact Aaryan directly to discuss your particular circumstances.

Can I have a massage after I have my baby?

Once you feel ready and you have the all clear from your midwife, obstetrician or GP a massage is very beneficial. Breastfeeding, body changes and lack of sleep can leave you feeling sore and tense.
